Primia City Description

Perenar's capital city is a glistening mass of towers and skyscraper-like structures. In the streets below, crowds of people of all species flock to and from the markets and their homes for the entirety of the day. Travellers purchase supplies of all kinds from the greatly varied selection of market stalls in the centre of the city.
During the night, however, it's said that the lofty heights of the buildings whisper in the slightest wind. This is known by the residents as Primia's 'night-song', and it's calming to hear. Speaking of the buildings, no one is really sure who lives on the higher floors - if even anyone does live there at all - but the lower half of the buildings are open for free to whoever wishes to stay there. This is because of the large amount of travellers and adventurers who pass through the city. The locks on the doors leading to the higher-level staircases, however, are of a magical nature. And the windows are reinforced too. Seems that someone doesn't want anyone going up there...
