Powder Wastelands Description

As far as the eye can see, blindingly white blizzards and terrible snowstorms flurry about in all directions. The weather here is permanently freezing and always dangerous; the land is flat and featureless - but you might as well be walking through a maze considering even the adventurers with the best eyesight can barely see their hand in front of their face. It seems the only respite from the snowstorms is to dig straight down and make a hollow to escape the winds. However, falling asleep in one of these shelters would not be a good idea...
