Wishtheif Awakes. [COMPLETE]

Sunburst flitted forwards, growing bolder. "Okay, um... I guess this means you don't know the area very well, either? Great! You can come with us!" All fright seemingly forgotten, Sunburst was back to her peppy self, not even leaving space for a reply.

Sveltt, however, was almost never excitable. He sat down quietly, and examined the fan on the end of his tail for any nicks or tears. There were none, and he appeared content. "Sir, you seem unstable, if you will forgive me for saying so. I know very little about vampires, but I was under the impression that they preferred to feed on... something other than animals," he stated, trying to put it as delicately as possible.

Sunburst nodded appreciatively. "People don't seem to understand me much either. But that's okay with me because if they do, they generally don't take me as seriously. Not sure why I'm telling you this. But you seem honest enough, so I trust ya," she laughed, wings beating once or twice at the air to send a cool breeze in his direction.

Sveltt bowed his head, tail flickering once. "I apologise if I have caused offence. I assure you that my intentions were purely informative - if you were unaware of your actions, it may happen again, in which case I am sure the others are willing to fill in the details until you learn control." He cleared his throat. "Which I am confident you will, with ." He stood up to leave, and turned away with one final glance over his shoulder. "May you fare well. I seek water, not company."

Sunburst nodded as her name was mentioned. "Nice to meet you," she said gruffly, her voice taking on its usual unconvincing confidence.
"Hmm... Well, it depends. Right now we're in the North of Perenar. All that's near us right now... Leigris River and Chasm Lake. They're both pretty, but I'm not too keen on watery stuff. I can't swim." She glanced towards the West. "On the other hand, in that direction is Emerald Peak, and some other places..." She blinked. "Oh, and Perenar is still expanding. There are new places cropping up close to the Origin Pool, and there's tons of places no one's been yet further away from the centre, too. It's your choice."
Apparently she didn't think having a world that expanded from the middle was weird...

Sunburst giggled at Hexen's misfortune, and spread her wings to stretch them. She was feeling bolder today than she usually did, even if she had been terrified by that dog's nasty turn of personality. Still, he was fine now, she reasoned, and it was her job to make sure they had a good time. Maybe one day they'd want to stay in Perenar. It was sad that they were away from home, but... still. New friends were hard to come by nowadays.
"Okay, off we go," she said cheerfully, though her voice was as gruff as always. "Emerald Peak is pretty high up. Oh, maybe we'll see the Astral Temple on our way up! I've never seen it myself. People say it's a myth, but I'm sure it exists." She had always been interested in legends.
