Apple-copse Farm Description

A small cottage in the middle of a wide plains area - whitewashed walls, a slate roof and a quaint, peaceful feel. Its owners still return occasionally to keep it in good condition, but otherwise it has turned into a traveller's rest lodge before the hills start turning into mountains.
The cottage is attached to a huge wooden barn. The barn has hay-loft that takes up half of the space under the roof, and the rest is just covered in hay bales and straw. Chickens run about in the yard outside, and sheep wander in flocks through the grassy acres surrounding the place. There's also a small pond with ducks just around the back of the cottage.
The main feature that gives the farm its name is the apple-tree orchard nearby, connected to the house via a path of ornamental flat stones. The trees are arranged in neat lines, and every autumn their boughs are heavy with crimson apples.
